About our studio
In the heart of Culver City, Studio1 is a boutique studio in the iconic One Culver building.Featuring three stages with full cycs, 360° green screen, three private lounges, dedicatedrestrooms, hair/makeup room and additional working spaces close by.Studio1 is configured to be a fully private studio space. As part of our new“Safe on Set” program, your team can rest easy knowing the studio is yoursto use without overlap with other productions

- Non-dedicated engineering for any electrical questions
- Final janitorial clean up (option to add on a daily cleaning service)
- Loading dock access with private studio entry

- Power (Up to 400 amps 3phase, varies per stage)
- $100 credit to use at Go Get Em Coffee (located in the retail area of the property)

Arrival Instructions
We are located on the first floor of One Culver at 10000 Washington Blvd, Culver City, CA 90232. The parking garage is accessible via entry ramps on Duquesne Avenue,in between Washington Blvd and Culver Blvd, and via Madison Avenue. Please feel free to park in any undesignated parking spot on P1.
Please use the elevators directly behind Valet to access the main building Atrium. Security in the main Atrium Lobby can direct you to the entrance to Studio1. As a reminder, masks are currently required in all areas of Studio1 and One Culver.
