About our studio
Since our inception in 2010, Penthouse Studio + Rooftop has established itself as one of the premier rental studios in New York City. The Penthouse features an abundance of natural light with a 25’x 45’ skylight, equipped with a motorized shade system allowing for precise control of the natural light or complete blackout. Step outside any of three doors directly onto a 3,200sq.ft. rooftop which wraps around the space. Full in-house equipment rental department is available for all of your photo and video needs.
Rates apply for shooting between 8:00am - 6:00pm. Overtime: $300/hour before 8:00am and from 6pm -8pm. After 8pm overtime will be $400/hour.
Weekend & Holiday rental rates will be at a 20% premium to our stated day rate.
