We carefully monitor Covid-19 data and guidelines provided by the State of Massachusetts, national health agencies, and industry trade groups. We’ve been proactively implementing policies and precautions to ensure the well-being of our staff, clients, and all that enter our facility.Most of our employees currently work remotely. We’ve made the decision to limit on-site numbers to essential personnel to better observe social distancing guidelines. This change in operation has not impacted our ability to maintain a high standard of service even with reduced on-site staff.We carefully review each one based on the ability to adhere to safety protocols. Our goal is to be able to deliver an exceptional experience while ensuring that everyone remains safe.These are some of the changes we have set forth as policy·Upon arrival, temperatures will be taken by a covid compliance leader. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or above will be denied entry to the premise.·All clients, voice/camera talent, and or crew will be required to read and sign a document acknowledging that they will adhere to the prescribed policies and protocols therein. This provides the required contact tracing information should it be requested by the CDC or any other regulatory agency. This document will be provided to the client/producer prior to the shoot for distribution and review.·Every effort will be made to maintain social distancing of 6’ or more by all attendees and participants.·Production staff are required to maintain equipment with sanitizing procedures·All individuals in the building are required to wear a mask that covers both the nose and mouth at all times with exceptions made for (on-camera/voice) talent while in makeup or while recording.·Common areas are regularly sanitized throughout the day. A thorough facility cleaning is conducted both before and after scheduled productions.·Studio equipment and high-touch surfaces in the studio are sanitized both before and after productions.·Production meal and craft service practices have been amended. Buffets, self-serve and open foods will not be allowed. We require that all lunches be delivered individually boxed or bagged.·Seating areas have been arranged to better observe social distancing requirements.In addition to these policies - National has increased it’s inventory of cleaning and disinfectant supplies. On-site staff are reminded to sanitize their work areas on a continued basis. Mask and safety awareness signs have been placed throughout the building as a reminder.Our clients’ safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.
