Studio B is our mid sized ground-level studio, 50'x40' approx 2000 Sq Ft. Features a 30X30 20 ft high 2 wall Cyclorama cove. (Cove painting is additional cost). Popular for fashion, food (with stage A Kitchen), small to medium product, editorial, automotive, motorcycle, celebrities, mid sized sets, rehearsals, etc.

Basic Studio B Rental Includes: Filtered Heat/Air Conditioning, Second silent AC, WiFi,. 1 Tables and8 Chairs. 14X15 ground level garage door = ANY vehicle that can be driven on the street without a special permit, will ca drive into the studio. 6 private reserved parking spaces. Additional free on-street parking is also available

Basic studio B starts at $600 per 10 hour day. 12 hour day can be pre-purchased at a discount if desired.

You are always welcome to being your own equipment. Or rent ours and save on rental fees, transportation and availability.

Security: All the public areas have motion activated video recording, digital door locks with available individual codes. Full Campus rentals are available for exclusive use, or “CODE RED” productions. The property is walled for privacy and enhanced security. Huge doors allow transport trucks to back into the studio for unloading and loading. Your Security personnel are welcome, A caretaker also lives full time on the property. studios available 24/7/365 by reservation

Studio B has been used for Super Bowl ads, major food shoots, celebrity shoots. Large room sets including multi room life style production, a car dealership set. Airport waiting area, editorial automotive shoots. Educational Seminars, product announcements and demonstrations as well as a movie screening room, and Corporate meetings, classes and an occasional wedding, event or party.

WITH STAGE RENTAL, We have TWO ADD ON'S:

Our onsite getaway. Just a few steps from the studio is the “historic” home, complete with a full kitchen, comfortable living room, private restroom, cable television and wifi. This welcoming space also features an enclosed porch, flooded with natural lighting and ideal for hair and makeup, and a LIVE closed circuit video feed from the stages.
