Studio 8 is our private, natural light studio. At 2,000 square feet, this studio has a dedicated street entrance and loading dock, private kitchenette, stunning natural light and blackout curtains. A fan fave, it is perfect for sets, production, shoots, fittings, and more.

All studio rentals cover a 10-hour day between 8:30am-6:30pm. Overtime ($200/hr) is added outside the 10 hours. Equipment rentals are coordinated with our in-house partners, Little Giant Lighting & Grip and Ranahan Production Services. Catering options are available through our Preferred Vendor List. Pre-light & strike days are offered at 20% off with a booking of 3 or more days.
