All studio rentals cover a 10-hour day between 8:30am-6:30pm.  Overtime ($250/hr) is added outside the 10 hours.  Studios 1 & 2 include a freshly painted cyc, lighting grid, two (2) parking spots, private mezzanine, kichenette, and lounge area.  Equipment rentals are coordinated with our in-house partners, Little Giant Lighting & Grip and Ranahan Production Services.  Catering options are available through our Preferred Vendor List.  Pre-light & strike days are offered at 20% off with a booking of 3 or more days.
