STUDIO 3
Studio 3 is our artists' studio. It offers plenty of natural light, as well as the ability to black out if needed. This has been the home to many product shoots, editorials, film screenings, fittings, castings and stagings. And with our butterfly walls, we have the flexibility to open it up with STUDIO 4 and the Atrium to become space for bigger productions, art shows, dance competitions, workshops and more!

All studio rentals cover a 10-hour day between 8:30am-6:30pm. Overtime ($100/hr) is added outside the 10 hours. Studios 1 & 2 include a freshly painted cyc, lighting grid, two (2) parking spots, private mezzanine, kichenette, and lounge area. Equipment rentals are coordinated with our in-house partners, Little Giant Lighting & Grip and Ranahan Production Services. Catering options are available through our Preferred Vendor List. Pre-light & strike days are offered at 20% off with a booking of 3 or more days.
