STUDIO 4 is our biggest open studio. With its natural light and direct access to our Café and loading dock, this studio has set the stage for documentaries, advertising commercials, art installations, workshops and company events. It even has the flexibility to open up with STUDIO 3 and the Atrium for more space. This studio provides amazing energy for any project!

All studio rentals cover a 10-hour day between 8:30am-6:30pm. Overtime ($200/hr) is added outside the 10 hours. Studios 1 & 2 include a freshly painted cyc, lighting grid, two (2) parking spots, private mezzanine, kichenette, and lounge area. Equipment rentals are coordinated with our in-house partners, Little Giant Lighting & Grip and Ranahan Production Services. Catering options are available through our Preferred Vendor List. Pre-light & strike days are offered at 20% off with a booking of 3 or more days.
