Production House - 3-Sided CYC WALL + Natural/Controlled Light Photo + Video Studio and Event Space
Our studio was created with the attention to detail on all points. Every member of your team and your clients are thought of when it comes to the space.
Enjoy refreshments and serve crafty out of our kitchenette area and dining table. Hair and Makeup artists can spread out at our 8 foot vantiy area that comes with a classic Hollywood mirror measuring 8 foot, as well.
Multiple tables, rolling and stationary, props, chairs, and much more all available and in one location.
Our Cyclorama is our favorite thing in the space, with a 30" curve all around, 30' wide back wall, 17' foot deep walls extend on both sides and the center comes to a point at 20' to allow maximum coverage.
We also love our 10'x8' glass paned garage door fitted with three sets of curtains to diffuse or block light completely.
About our studio
Production House is a Fully-Equipped studio including lighting, furniture, props, seamless backdrops, private bathroom, and a half-kitchen and pro-equipment. The space is 2100 sq ft and perfect for ample creativity. We have the perfect mix of a lifestyle space and a commercial one.
All bookings have access to the full studio space including the kitchen and bathroom, props and basic gear that is readily available in the space.
Our natural light area is near the beautiful glass garage door, the light controlled area is near the back of the studio and double the size. You can expect to see a 14 foot tall, 30 foot wide and 20 feet deep, three sided CYC wall in the back area.
RENTAL GEAR
Rental gear is available for a flat fee, per item - per day. Best part is, its on location and you dont have to load it in. Motion gear is on the way to our inventory.
ACCESS AND LOAD-IN
We can open the 10' tall by 8' wide garage door for large load ins. There is an extra fee of $150 if you need the loading dock ramp (truck deliveries) installed to deliver any equipment or props/set. Please let us know if this will be a need. There is no additional charge for just opening the door and putting your equipment in without the dock ramp. Our main door is just a few steps up from ground level. If you need us to accommodate a wheelchair, we will have people to help you safely get in. (Our owner was in one after surgery for three months, we will get you on set.)
LOCATION
The space is located in Dallas Design District, tucked away from the busy city-center, but just a rocks throw away. We've been happy to host many local brands as well as those from afar, and all of the projects to date, big or small.
