Main shooting area is over 45' in length with no columns.

The studio has 13' ceilings and concrete floors.

Located on the 9th floor with views of the Lower East Side and Williamsburg.

Two large east facing unobstructed windows fitted with opaque shades for lighting adjustments.

Perfect for still life, portrait or small fashion shoots.

Great for presentations and showroom appointments.

The building has an elevator and there are two newly renovated bathrooms down the hall.

A freight elevator is available for use from 9am - noon and 1pm - 4pm.

A certificate of insurance is required to book the studio.
