We offer rooftop access with Full buyout of our 4500 sqft warehouse which includes two distinct shooting spaces: Studio One and Studio Two.
FLAT RATE $200 with rental of Studio One + Studio Two.
About our studio
Perfect for editorial and portrait shoots, our side roof is rich with textures, muted colors and aged urban grit. See the gallery below for more pix and examples of work. Please note: use of the roof must also include rental of studio 1 or 2.
Rates - Pricing is for 10-hour photo day. If you need more or less, please mention that in your form submission and we will provide you with a custom rate. Pricing for large video/film productions may be different depending on the scope and scale of your production.
Hours – The studios are available 24/7, but standard business hours are 8am to 8pm. The rate for hours outside of that my be different. Fill out the form on this page for custom pricing.
EQ - Because of COVID we’re temporarily allowing outside EQ without charge. We can also facilitate affordable EQ rentals from our 3rd party vendors.
Roof - $200 flat rate (in addition to fees for studio 1 or 2 rental)
Discounts - Pricing accommodations can be made for editorial, tests, personal projects, and multi-day bookings
