Studio 1 + 2 offers offers over 4500 sq/ft of total shoot space across two different studios providing a variety of looks and features that make Warehouse an excellent choice for both still and video productions.
We are a unique photography studio available for rent in Brooklyn’s newest creative neighborhood, Sunset Park. Our space — a renovated coffee roasters built in 1914 as part of the Bush Terminal expansion — In addition to our shoot spaces, we also provide in-house rental equipment, prop/set construction and across the board production services. Furthermore, our shoot kitchen — complete with working range and oven — makes Warehouse a great choice for an event, celebration, wedding/anniversary or pop-up shopping venue.
Each of our stages can be rented separately.
About our studio
Full buyout of our 4500 sqft warehouse includes two distinct shooting spaces: Studio One and Studio Two. With full buyout of warehouse, you can RENT OUR ROOFTOP for flat fee of $200.
Studio One is a raw, open, sunlit room and is our main shoot space. Environmental features include six large windows, rustic wood floors, brick walls and other industrial elements that hint back to the 1930s when the space was occupied by a coffee roasting coffee.
Designed to be perfect for daylight portrait, fashion or lifestyle shooting, it can also be completely blacked-out for controlled strobe work. Additionally, our shoot kitchen, equipped with an electric range, stove and microwave is perfect for food and lifestyle photography.
Utilize the variety of modern and vintage props we have in-house or bring your own up our elevator that opens directly into the studio.
Studio Two is the perfect location for smaller productions where you're shooting portraits, model tests, look books or fashion catalog work. The space features 16' ceilings which make it perfect for set builds or other projects that require ample ceiling height.
Along with the original exposed brick walls and finished hardwood floors, Studio 2 also features a balcony lounge area which is the perfect location for your clients, or others in your production, to hang out while shooting.
Load your gear in using the elevator or our industrial-grade electric conveyer belt on the side stairs. Enjoy access to our communal pantry for complementary coffee and refreshments.
