Warehouse Brooklyn Studio One
Studio One is 3200 sqft. We are a unique photography studio available for rent in Brooklyn’s newest creative neighborhood, Sunset Park. Our space — a renovated coffee roasters built in 1914 as part of the Bush Terminal expansion — offers over 4500 sq/ft of total shoot space across two different studios providing a variety of looks and features that make Warehouse an excellent choice for both still and video productions.
In addition to our shoot spaces, we also provide in-house rental equipment, prop/set construction and across the board production services. Furthermore, our shoot kitchen — complete with working range and oven — makes Warehouse a great choice for an event, celebration, wedding/anniversary or pop-up shopping venue.

About our studio
Studio One is 3200 sqft + is a raw, open, sunlit room and is our main shoot space. Environmental features include six large windows, rustic wood floors, brick walls and other industrial elements that hint back to the 1930s when the space was occupied by a coffee roasting coffee.
Designed to be perfect for daylight portrait, fashion or lifestyle shooting, it can also be completely blacked-out for controlled strobe work. Additionally, our shoot kitchen, equipped with an electric range, stove and microwave is perfect for food and lifestyle photography.
Utilize the variety of modern and vintage props we have in-house or bring your own up our elevator that opens directly into the studio.
